Use double-sided adhesive
tape to attach the pickup discs with their metal side facing
the ouds top. For best results, position the discs as
shown. In order to avoid rattling, use tape to secure the two
cords leading to the jack. |

The 1/4" output jack should be attached to the lower
bottom area of the oud using a self-adhesive dual-lock hook-and-loop
strip.

| Usage Tips |
Most amplifiers work
well with an oud outfitted with the TWIN SoundSpot Classic,
but amps designed especially for acoustic instruments bring
out its fullest tone. Reverb is a good addition, adding depth
and size to the sound. For extra control, a high-quality preamp
works well. For P.A. and recording applications, a high-quality direct box such as as the D-TAR Solstice or Equinox is suggested.
